Starr Time - Dennis Starr
I'm In Another World
Dennis Starr
Hilltop Records
Starr worked out of Carrington, North Dakota. On the back cover Starr thanks Carrington's Mayor, States Attorney and the President of the First National Bank for support.
Wow, I used to song with Dennis. This brings back some fond memories. Do you have anything else by him?? I think I have a bunch of old cassettes of him and I singing years ago..
Mark, First I want to thank you for finding this Album and putting it on your blog. My Dad passed away 12 years ago in October, had he been here today he would have been tickled to have seen this album on the internet. Once again Thank you from one his biggest fans. His daughter Paula Starr
Hi Paula, my grandma Edna was married to Dennis when I was very young. (She passed away 5 years ago). I remember listening to this album and even remember seeing your dad's band perform at the "kandlelight" one time in Grove. Jesse
I knew Dennis back when we were both teenagers. I was heart broken to hear of his death. Such a talent to be lost so young. Thankful that Dennis got to live his dream.
