From the back cover: We have the great honor to introduce you to the third album of a great Spanish Band. The name of the orchestra is the same as their band leader, "Jesus Moreno". The group was founded in 1958 to open the Havana Hilton Hotel; since then they have traveled around the world while being under a contract to the Hilton International and Intercontinental Hotel chain. We are happy to have this orchestra working for "Royal Caribbean Cruise Line".
Among the many cities they have appeared in are: "Madrid, Barcelona, Torremolinos, Geneva, Brussels, Luxembourg, Rome, Lisbon, Tunis, Cairo, Istanbul, Beirut, Teheran, Havana, Caracas, Panama, Santo Domingo, Mexico City, etc. etc. etc.
The Leader, Jesus Moreno, has played for well known artists, such as" Nat King Cole, Carmen Miranda, Lola Flores, Sacha Distel, The Lyric Twins, Sarita Montiel, The Ink Spots, Raphael, Jean Fenn, Juan Manuel Serrat, Johnny Desmond, June Valli, Billy Daniels (Mr. Black Magic), Edith Piaf, Maurice Chevalier, Jimmy Durante, etc.
