Going Out Of My Head

Live At The Point
From the back cover: Smack dab in the middle of suburbia, "split levels-ville," Minneapolis' Golden Valley district you will find the Point Supper Club. The Point is located just across the street from Golden Valley City Hall. It seats about 150 people and caters to customers who represent a middle income segment of both adults and young adults.

Man, I wish The Point was still there. I'll have to go dig around and see what I can find about it.
ReplyDeleteBTW, is there any more info on the back about The Point, like its address? I'd love to see a larger version of that.
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoy the snippets of local history, especially information concerning clubs. In this case, there is no addition copy that covers the The Point. Searching online returns only a few minor references to the club.
