I found one brief mention of Friar Tuck's online. Apparently it was a nightclub located somewhere in Northern Kentucky.

Did you play with them when they played on the Lynn Mink show on Ch 9 in the early 70s?

    1. Yes, that was me on the Gibson. Jerry Conrad was unable to play that show because he was the band leader on Bob Brawn show on WLW. I played with that band for 3 years. I enjoyed it much.

  5. I remember the band playing at the Lynn Mink show at WCPO TV. In the early 70s. My dad was a security guard there and I would get to go to all of the recordings of the show. Great memories from back then!
I remember the great sound of the band very well as well as Lynn. He was a great singer.
